Also, NJ's premiere overselling venue. We found out later that they sold 2500 tickets for a 1200 capacity room. All Time Low were fun, but I felt oddly disconnected from a band I had never seen live before. The one song I knew ALL the words was the only one no one around me knew. Really, people, it's on the cd.
By far, I think this may have been the worst buswaiting experience of my life. We had Meatloaf the security guard telling us to go to our cars until one of the guys from the Maine gave some girl a hug. Then, we went over to the other side by the doors and we were just hanging out. No one was near the barricade but as soon as some guy from Every Avenue came out, they rushed it. Stupid us didn't think to get over there sooner, so we had to inch our way up when Zack came out. Some girl actually GAVE HER NUMBER to Zack to give to Alex because he didn't come out and her MOM kept calling her because she wanted to leave. Zack was out for at least 45 minutes and I'm pretty sure he said 9 words the whole time and 6 were to us.
We peaced after that because we assumed no one else was coming out and we wanted Dunkin Donuts except it closed at 11, laaaame. We passed out asap promising to be out of the house by 10 AM to go to the mall and then head down to Philly for our meet and greet (lulz).
We did wake up at 9, but we didn't get up until after 10. We ended up leaving around 11:30. Our first order of business was food, so we immediately ran to the food court and got Taco Bell. Melissa ordered the wrong thing, but she was daring and tried something different.
After that, we were on a hunt for a scarf and gloves. We found a nice, teal pair at NY and Company, our only apparel purchase in 3 hours. It was onto Sephora after that to try the free samples. No joke, we used mascara called "The Big Fatty" and "Luscious Lust." The Apple store is the obvious next stop where I set off the alarm on the ipod in the first 3 minutes. We found the macbooks next and proceeded to photobooth.
